A longtime community gathering spot, the water park underwent major renovations in 2022 to become an outdoor food hall. These added several restaurant kiosks, a cocktail and oyster bar, public art, a performance stage and more outdoor seating.
Visitors to National Landing can now take advantage of Club Volo, a recreational space with beach volleyball courts, thanks to a partnership between real estate developer JBG SMITH and adult social sports company Volo Sports.

While summer may be coming to an end, National Landing residents and employees can get their swim on year-round at the newly opened Long Bridge Aquatics and Fitness Center.
Visitors of Crystal City Water Park will be able to sip on beer and wine anywhere within its 1.6 acres. The soon-to-be revamped park will be designated a consumption zone
