The Hilton brothers plan to open a French restaurant in Crystal City, adding to a small but distinguished mix of higher-end eateries in the Arlington County submarket that’s also home to part of Amazon.com Inc.’s second headquarters.
Eric and Ian Hilton, and their H2 Collective, have leased just over 4,900 square feet at 1900 Crystal Drive for their new restaurant. Bar Colline will be one of several new tenants combining for about 40,000 square feet of ground-floor retail at the base of The Grace and Reva, an 808-unit-multifamily development by JBG Smith Properties (NYSE: JBGS).
