Residences on the Rise: Construction Commences on 1900 Crystal Drive

We are committed to creating an 18-hour neighborhood in National Landing and are thrilled to announce our newest residential project is underway, marking yet another major milestone in National Landing’s ongoing transformation. We recently commenced construction on two luxury residential towers at 1900 Crystal Drive. The development at 1900 Crystal Drive is planned to encompass 808 multifamily rental units and over 38,000 square feet of street-level retail across two new mixed-use buildings. The project will include a pedestrian-friendly street that opens to an inviting, peaceful and serene central park. At approximately 300 feet tall, the buildings, designed by renowned architect COOKFOX in collaboration with Torti Gallas + Partners, will be a striking addition to the National Landing skyline.
