New Aquatics Center – and Arlington’s Largest Pool – Now Open

While summer may be coming to an end, National Landing residents and employees can get their swim on year-round at the newly opened Long Bridge Aquatics and Fitness Center. The 92,000-square-foot membership-based recreational center includes Arlington County’s only 50-meter pool with three high diving towers and spectator seating overlooking the pool, designed to be a regional destination for competitive swimming. The facility also has a family-friendly leisure pool, a large spiral waterslide, a “sprayground,” and a lazy river water feature. On dry land, members can enjoy an 8,000-sf. fitness center with a variety of cardio and fitness equipment.
