Amazon secures four more retailers for Metropolitan Park

Amazon.com Inc. has identified another batch of retailers slated to occupy the first phase of its second headquarters now under construction now in Pentagon City.

Celebree School of National Landing, Good Company Doughnuts & Café, skin care spa Glo30 and Peruvian Brothers have all inked deals to lease space at Metropolitan Park, the two-tower, 2.2 million-square-foot initial phase of HQ2 slated to include more than 67,000 square feet of ground-flor retail. They will join previously announced District Dogs, Rāko Coffee, Conte’s Bike Shop, Hustle, Social Burger and South Block — with more announcements to come.

Met Park is scheduled to open next year. It’s unclear how much the four new retailers will pay in rent or how long their leases extend. Spokespeople for Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) declined to say.
